We want our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase.

If within 7 days you are not satisfied with your device, you can contact us to arrange for a return minus the shipping and handling charges. Refunds and warranties will not be applied to Goods that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence or not correctly following the instructions supplied with the product
All returns must be in excellent condition and contain all original product packaging and accessories.

We cannot accept returns on e-juice, tips, cartomizers, batteries, tanks, or atomizers. If you purchased a full kit, we cannot accept returns on these extra items. This part of your order will be deducted from the purchase price.

If you are returning an item, please contact us first by clicking on the Contact Us link at the top of this page for instructions. 
Returns without first contacting us will be rejected and shipped back. 

Sorry, but shipping charges will not be refunded.
